A hoof-pick belt is made of a folding hoof-pick made off solid brass. According the creators of the belt above, a hoof-pick "just happens to be a great belt buckle." We do not see them often, but it really stands out compared to the standard brass buckles. I am going after a good one on short notice, and this is one I am enthusiastic about.
